Achieving Food Safety and Defense Results Inspect it, Assess it, Improve it

Welcome to Indiana State Department of Health’s 4th bi-annual Food Safety and Defense Symposium hosted by the Food Protection Program and co-sponsored by the Indiana Environmental Health Association (IEHA) and the Mid-America Public Health Training Center (MAPHTC).

The symposium is designed for state and local food specialists responsible for retail food protection in their respective jurisdictions.
